REPAIR AND EXHANGE POLICY
Our goal at Muscat Jewelry is to ensure you have the best buying experience and that your purchase is one that brings you joy and satisfaction. As such, we do our best to address any problem you may have. Please reach out with any questions regarding this process.
To request a repair, please use our contact page and be sure to include
- Contact name
- Telephone number
- Proof of purchase (for example, an order confirmation or receipt)
- A brief description of the problem
Upon receipt of the above information, we will assess and authorize the repair. For items purchased within the last month, repairs are free of charge. For purchases over one month old, additional fees based on labor and cost of material may apply. All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges.
Exchanges are approached case to case. Please be in touch via email, our contact form or by phone to speak about your piece.
Gifts in original condition and in original packaging with the gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit for the value of the original sale.
Return and Refund Policies
Muscat Jewelry is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all of our shoppers. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact email@example.com to request a return. Items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt after which time you could return your item in its original condition for store credit only.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
Shipping details will be sent to you once your return is confirmed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Bespoke items are final sale and not eligible for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Muscat Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
